Mr. Benjamin Horlali Kofi Atidjah is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ziavitutui Coffee and Beverages Company Limited.
He has over thirty (30) years of professional work and experience at various levels of leadership, training, program design and implementations in culturally diverse areas all over Ghana and several other African countries. He has extensive knowledge and skills in the fields of Agriculture, entrepreneurship, Monitoring and Evaluation, Agricultural Marketing, Agricultural Credit, Group formation and sustainability, Agribusiness and Value Chain Analysis. He is practicing farmer of horticultural and other crops, food processor, and facilitated the mobilization and sustenance of over hundred farmer groups and businesses that were linked to markets and credit sources.
Mr. Atidjah holds M.Phil in Agricultural Economics from University of Cape Coast and B.Sc. Agriculture in the same discipline from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Diploma in Agriculture Extension and Farm Management from the same university, and Post Graduate Certificate in Agricultural Administration from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He attended several other workshops both locally and international mainly on agriculture and its related subjects in countries such as Egypt, Belgium, The Netherlands, Kenya, Benin, Burkina Faso, Tanzania among others to add to his knowledge.
Mr. Atidjah is a certified trainer for two global renowned training organisations namely; International Centre for Development oriented Research in Agriculture (ICRA) and The Committee Linking Entrepreneurship in Agriculture Development (COLEAD) formerly COLEACP. He is equipped with the knowledge and skills of using modern methodologies and tools of training adults in the fields of agribusiness, crop protection and food safety in the classroom, on the field and digitally. He is an alumnus and affiliate staff of ICRA providing consultancy and other supports for their agribusiness projects in the West African sub-region.
He has facilitated over 100 agribusiness development workshops in Ghana, other countries in West and East Africa since 2012. As agribusiness consultant and coach of vast experience, he has assisted in designing cutting edge solutions to funding and marketing challenges to over 25 agribusiness organizations.
The entrepreneurial skills of Mr. Benjamin Horlali Kofi Atidjah led him to establish “Ziavitutui Coffee and Beverage Company Limited (ZCBC)” as an agro processing business which is a family business. The company that is transforming Ziavi Traditional Area into an agro-industrial coffee hub and contributing to job creation, increased incomes, turning agro waste to green energy in a circular economy, poverty reduction in the area in line with Ghana’s Industrial tree crop development initiative. He is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company.
Mr. Atidjah is also the founding member of 3AS Agri Solutions Limited, an agribusiness practicing and consultancy firm where he is also currently the CEO.
