Caleb Edwards is a mission-driven entrepreneur passionate about using innovation to solve real-world challenges in agriculture and food systems. He is the founder and Managing Director of Wami Agro Limited, a Ghanaian agritech company focused on improving the livelihoods of smallholder farmers by tackling key barriers such as access to credit, markets, and climate-smart farming practices. Through WamiAgro’s integrated services, Caleb is leading efforts to build a more inclusive and resilient agricultural value chain, while helping food businesses access affordable, high-quality ingredients.
With over 15 years of leadership experience, Caleb combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. Before founding Wami Agro, he ran a management consulting firm that supported micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in strengthening their operations and growth strategies. He has a strong grasp of business development, team building, financial management, and the ability to take early-stage ideas from concept to scale.
Caleb holds a BA in Publishing Studies from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, an MSc in Management from the University of Salford in the UK, and is a Certified Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA). At his core, he believes in building businesses that not only succeed commercially but also create lasting social impact.
