Ms. Linda Cobbah is a professional teacher and a lecturer at the Department of Integrated Home Economics Education, Faculty of Health, Allied Sciences and Home Economics, University of Education Winneba. Having over Twenty-five years of varied experiences in teaching, supervision, mentoring, curriculum development and review and research in Home Economics, she has a passion to facilitate the conduct of research in the area of food product development, TVET, Food and Nutrition and other related areas such as diets, nutrition, catering and hospitality, entrepreneurship, etc. Linda has a high sense of commitment, responsibility and the passion for excellence in all spheres of her career and life. Her experience in recipe development and food preservation spans beyond five years with an annual exhibition to showcase students’ works. She is result oriented and have good sense of judgment, discretion and the capability to translate concepts into operational plans. Being a PhD candidate in Food Science with M.Phil. in Food and Nutrition, she consistently pursues personal and professional development goals to improve.
