Emmanuel Ntim is a Ghanaian entrepreneur and sustainability advocate building Africa’s future through packaging, recycling, and innovation. He is the General Manager of FON Packaging Ventures, a corrugated carton manufacturing company, and Afri Fusion Ventures, a circular economy platform driving sustainable beverage production and waste paper collection and recycling. With over a decade of experience in the paper and packaging ecosystem, Emmanuel is pioneering efforts to modernize Ghana’s manufacturing sector, promote eco-friendly packaging, and empower SMEs to scale across borders.

Through his thought-leadership platform Packaging General, Emmanuel inspires and educates on the role of packaging in industrialisation and intra-African trade. Passionate about youth empowerment, he champions waste-to-wealth initiatives that create jobs and reduce environmental impact. His vision is clear: to position packaging and circular innovation as catalysts for Pan-African growth and global relevance.
