Max serves as the Head of the German/European Desk for Access Bank Plc in Ghana, managing corporate banking across West African subsidiaries. In his role, he has successfully built a European portfolio, connecting local Ghanaian companies with European partners. He is a highly adept individual with a diverse international background. He holds a Master's in Management centred on Entrepreneurship & Innovation from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
